The Triforce Quartet is a traditional string quartet that plays video game music.

The Triforce Quartet began innocently as a short Zelda medley for an encore of a recital in early 2007, but the video of using traditional string quartet instruments to play music of classic games gained viral popularity later that summer. Thanks to this, cellist Chad Schwartz was able to combine his love for video games, along with years of classical training, to arrange a variety of video game themes that even non-gamers can enjoy. The four members of the Triforce Quartet take audience members on an unforgettable musical journey.

The Triforce Quartet has played in front of sold out shows at PAX Prime in Seattle, PAX East in Boston; MAGFest in Washington DC, the iDIG Music Festival in Ireland and with Video Games Live!

"Radio Cult: The worst band you'll ever love!  These guys and gal don't simply play music, they have the most fun possible doing it!  And YOU are invited to join in!  Seriously, do you play guitar, bass, or drums?  Do you sing?  Let them know and they'll probably let you sit in with them at their next show!  They treat every show with the seriousness of a high-school house party when someone's parents are out of town.  They're just as goofy in real life as they appear to be in their music videos, comic book stories, and Saturday morning cartoon.  After recording five albums and playing well over 1000 shows together at dozens of conventions, casinos, parties, events and festivals as well as hundreds of bars, concert halls and other music venues across the country and throughout Europe, you'd think they'd have gotten better.  Nope.  They're still the same fun-loving fools that they've always been, with silly smiles on their faces as they sing about cats and monsters and stuff...and we love them for it!"

In April 2015 The Eric Stuart Band released their 7th album on Widow’s Peak Records, an EP entitled, Character. This 5 song project includes the edgy rock/pop single One Last Dance and the stripped down acoustic song Tattered And Torn which is to be used on the soundtrack to the upcoming independent film Torn.

In June 2013 the Eric Stuart Band released their album, Lipstick and Barbed Wire. This was their sixth full-length release on the indie label Widow’s Peak Records and it features Grammy winning guitarist Peter Frampton.

In the summer of 1997, Eric’s classic rock and roll style was noticed by Ringo Starr who invited him to open the Ringo Starr and His All-Starr Band tour, featuring Peter Frampton, Jack Bruce (Cream), Gary Brooker (Procol Harum) and Simon Kirke (Bad Company). That exposure served as a springboard for Eric to open for the Lynyrd Skynyrd, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Paul Rodgers tour that same summer. Since then, Eric Stuart has been touring on a regular basis including two U.S. tours with Peter Frampton. In 2000, Frampton produced Eric’s next album, Blue, Dressed In Black, along with John Regan and Harvey Jay Goldberg.

Now living in Nashville, Eric’s songwriting talents have given him the opportunity to begin co-writing with some of Nashville’s finest songwriters. The band’s great live show of all original, guitar-driven rock/pop has made the Eric Stuart Band a must-see in the area.
